* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/Makefile: Remove db2 directory handling. * malloc/Makefile (CFLAGS-malloc.c): Define DEFAULT_TOP_PAD to 128k. * sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/Makefile (CFLAGS-malloc.c): Add to, not replace.
