Fix mixed up PPC_FEATURE_* values related to VSX.
REALLY DID remove redundant mathinline.h this time.

Fix wrong PPC_FEATURE_* values.

Nothing uses these wrong values yet, but it fixes a warning due to
conflicting definitions in <asm/cputable.h>.
