(transit_state_bkref): Make DFA a const pointer.
	(get_subexp): Likewise.
	(check_arrival): Likewise.
	(check_arrival_expand_ecl): Mark DFA parameter as const.
	(check_arrival_expand_ecl_sub): Likewise.
	(check_arrival_expand_ecl): Mark eclosure as const.
