	* locale/C-ctype.c: Use _nl_C_codeset to initialize CODESET entry.
	* locale/C-address.c: Initialize _NL_*_CODESET element.
	* locale/C-collate.c: Likewise.
	* locale/C-identification.c: Likewise.
