	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/syscalls.list: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/generic/bits/mman.h: Add POSIX_MADV_* constants.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/alpha/bits/mman.h: Likewise.
