Update.
	* sysdeps/i386/dl-machine.h: Define ARCH_FIXUP_ATTRIBUTE and use
	it in the fixup function declarations.
	* elf/dl-runtime.c: If ARCH_FIXUP_ATTRIBUTE is not defined,
	provide dummy definition.  Use macro in fixup function
	definitions.
