* nss/getXXbyYY.c (FUNCTION_NAME): Remove unused variable.

	* sysdeps/mach/hurd/mmap.c (__mmap): If io_map fails with MIG_BAD_ID,
	EOPNOTSUPP, or ENOSYS, change it to ENODEV.
