Update.
	* stdio-common/vfscanf.c: Handle input -- with format %f correctly
	(it's no input error).
	* stdio-common/tstscanf.c: Add test case for format %f with input --.
	* stdio-common/scanf12.c: Correct expected result for first scanf.
