Fix integer overflow in sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/bits/sched.h
[BZ #15448] * sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/bits/sched.h (__CPU_SET_S) (__CPU_CLR_S, __CPU_ISSET_S): Avoid integer overflow.
