make ‘struct pthread’ a complete type
* nptl/descr.h (struct pthread): Remove end_padding member, which made this type incomplete. (PTHREAD_STRUCT_END_PADDING): Stop using end_padding. Reviewed-by: Siddhesh Poyarekar <siddhesh@sourceware.org>
