(collate_output): Update.
	* locale/programs/ld-collate.c (collate_output): Emit correct
	information for collation elements.
	Don't write over end of array idx.
	* posix/regex.c: Handle also collation elements at end of range.

	* posix/PTESTS: Fix a few typos.
