	* conform/conformtest.pl: Handle allow-header in secondary headers
	correctly.

	* conform/data/fcntl.h-data: Mark symbols introduced in XPG6 with
	#ifdef.

	* conform/data/netinet/in.h-data: Use correct comment character.
	* conform/data/sys/stat.h-data: Likewise.
