* resolv/Makefile (distribute): Remove res_hconf.h; add mapv4v6addr.h
	and mapv4v6hostent.h.
	(routines): Move res* and gethnamaddr into libresolv-routines.
	(libresolv-routines): New variable, put them there.
	(extra-libs): New variable, list libresolv.
	(CPPFLAGS): Add -D for get*by* to res_get*by*.
