* io/Makefile (routines): Add mknodat, xmknodat, mkdirat, mkfifoat.
(static-only-routines): Add mknodat. * io/Versions [GLIBC_2.4]: Add mkdirat, mkfifoat, __xmknodat. * io/sys/stat.h: Declare mkditat, mknodat, mkfifoat, __xmknodat.
