* sysdeps/m68k/fpu/bits/mathinline.h: Don't inline frexp.
* sysdeps/m68k/fpu/s_frexp.c: Put implementation here. * sysdeps/m68k/fpu/s_frexpl.c: Fix to handle unnormalized numbers.
