math: Add BZ#18980 fix back on dbl-64 cosh
It is regression from 9e97f239eae1f2b1 (Remove dbl-64/wordsize-64 (part 2)) where is missed to add the BZ#18980 fix (9e97f239eae1f2b1). Checked on i686-linux-gnu.
