Benchtests: move 'alloc_bufs' from loop in bench-memset.c
One buf allocation is sufficient. Calling `alloc_bufs' in the loop just adds unnecessary syscall overhead. Reviewed-by: H.J. Lu <hjl.tools@gmail.com>
