Subject: Changes to mdeliver.1

- Delete superfluous 'the' in DESCRIPTION
- 'a MBOXRD' -> 'an MBOXRD'
- Delete 'Also,'
- Delete 'Beware' and don't emphasise
- Don't emphasise 'Override'
