- passed -> specified
- 'the' standard input
- when -> if
- Clarify pager usage and refer to ENVIRONMENT for details
- Add note about default format in mblaze-profile
- Put in a '>' for %c
- else -> otherwise

- Add ':' to 'From' and 'To'
