Subject: Change 'menu-window' to display all windows; then add
 'menu-window-hidden' for the previous behaviour of 'menu-window'. 
 'menu-window' becomes the default binding; use 'bind-mouse "1"
 menu-window-hidden' to restore old behaviour for those who prefer.
